Visionary Psychiatry | 18-months up to 36-months commitment (depending on loan repayment option)
✨ THE OPPORTUNITY
🧠 32+ hour / week, 100% VIRTUAL Transition to Practice PMHNP Position
⏳ 18 month up to 36 month commitment (depending on loan repayment option)
No loan repayment = 18 months
With loan repayment = 36 months
💰 $65/hour during transition-to-practice months 1-18 (ie: $135,200 if factored on 40 hours per week x 52 weeks in a year)
🌎 Open to graduated and board certified PMHNP applicants across the US
💼 1099 status | 32+ hours/week
🕖 Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm PST (self scheduled)
✈️ No travel required (optional on-site at your own expense)
🎓 Loan Repayment: Eligibility for loan repayment OBHLRP ~
Award amounts are based on the balance of qualifying educational loan debt at the time of application to the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (OBHLRP).
Full-Time Service Providers: Must commit to a minimum 3-year service obligation. Eligible to receive 70% of qualifying loan balance, up to $50,000 per service year. Providers with less than $29,000 in qualifying loan debt may receive up to 100% of their loan balance, not to exceed the lesser of their total debt or $20,000, in exchange for a 3-year obligation.
Visionary Psychiatry will increase hourly rate of pay after the initial 18 months transition to practice period in addition to OBHLRP repayment with compensation increased for the remainder of the 3-year service term (months 19–36). Pay will escalate based on clinical volume and productivity metrics, with rates ranging from $90 to $110 per hour.
Part-Time Service Providers: Must commit to a minimum 3-year service obligation. Eligible to receive 35% of qualifying loan balance, up to $25,000 per service year. Providers with less than $15,000 in qualifying loan debt may receive up to 100% of their loan balance, not to exceed the lesser of their total debt or $10,000, in exchange for a 3-year obligation.
In exchange for service at a qualified practice site, participants receive tax-free funds to repay qualifying educational loan debt. Award amounts are based on the balance of qualifying loans at the time of application to the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program (OBHLRP).
📌 WHO CAN APPLY
PMHNP New Grads or PMHNPs with up to 3 years of experience.
15 YEARS of prior work experience in ANY field REQUIRED. Work history is fully vetted, be it in a professional or nonprofessional setting.
