We are happy to announce we will be reopening for massage appointments on June 8th!
We have been working diligently to ensure the safety of both client and therapist, and would like to take this time to let everyone know what they can expect at their next massage appointment.
We have been following recommendations from the CDC and WEDC, as well as the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals association as we navigate our reopening policies and procedures.
While cleanliness and sanitation have always been top priority, we will be taking additional measures in our cleaning procedures. We have spaced out appointments to allow for additional cleaning time between clients. HEPA air purifiers have been placed in treatment rooms, and as always we will be wiping down massage tables and surfaces between each client with an EPA approved disinfectant. We will also be wiping down all door handles, pens, and any surface that has been touched between each client.
We have implemented the following new client policies for everyone's safety:
Before your scheduled appointment, you will be asked to complete an updated electronic intake form and waiver. If you do not have access to electronic forms, a paper form will be provided at the time of your appointment.
Please arrive alone. Our waiting area will not be available at this time.
Wait in your vehicle until you receive a text or call from your therapist to enter the office. If you do not have access to a cell phone, your therapist will come out to get you.
Face coverings are required in the office for both therapist and client. Please wear one, or one will be provided upon entry.
Sanitize hands with provided sanitizer.
Your temperature will be taken with a no-touch thermometer. If it registers above 100.4 degrees, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
COVID-19 screening questions will be asked. If the answers given would deem you "at risk", you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Enter your thoroughly disinfected treatment room will all of your belongings. Shoes and coats/jackets must be brought into the treatment room.
If you are experiencing any signs of illness, please call to reschedule at no charge. No shows/no calls will still be charged according to the cancellation policy.
