Recovery time! Everyone needs to take some time to slow down every once in a while. I turned on some relaxing music from Nickel Creek, powered down my brain and took some slow, deep breaths. Feeling rested and ready for the weekend!

And for those curious, no I didn't drop my phone in the hot tub... and yes I did lift before this 💪
