We’re back tonight!

Is anyone else feeling like the last few weeks have been pretty brutal stress wise? We’re gonna work on that tonight - lots of chest opening (to help you breathe), some hip work, back, neck, shoulder opening. You need it? We’ll try to take care of it.

All levels welcome (even if you’ve never set foot in a yoga class before) and modifications will be offered for all needs and levels.

I’m teaching a class tomorrow, July 14, at Oldham County Physical Therapy that is part yoga, part functional movement, part myofascial release, all good.

$10 a class and absolutely zero judgement. Come as you are, move as you can, and hang out with some great people.
