✨ Welcome Alerick to the MY Day Spa Team! ✨

We’re excited to introduce our newest massage therapist, Alerick, who will be joining us starting July 16th! Alerick is a skilled neuromuscular massage therapist passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel their best.

He will be available for appointments on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Alerick was born and raised in Dallas, TX and moved to Colorado Springs in 2022. Alerick graduated from Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in February of 2025, providing services to include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, and Thai Yoga Massage. Alerick has a passion for health and fitness, which brought him into Massage therapy to promote muscle relaxation, tension reduction, and holistically heal the body. In his free time, Alerick enjoys spending time with family and friends, studying health and fitness, and watching wrestling!

We are excited to introduce Stephanie, our newest team member, who will be offering a full range of esthetician services starting July 14th!

Meet Stephanie, a licensed esthetician and Colorado native with a passion for helping others feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin. She received her training at The Salon Professional Academy, where she mastered the art of facials, waxing, and brow services. In addition, she holds certifications in dermaplaning and microdermabrasion, allowing her to offer a wide range of customized treatments. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel relaxed, cared for, and leave feeling more radiant than when they arrived. Outside of the treatment room, you can find her curled up with a good book or spending time with her dogs.
