I hope you will join me tomorrow at JAKs Brewing Company for a special Day of the Dead Brewhouse Yoga experience 💀

This will be a slower, deeper, and more devotional practice honoring those we have loved who are no longer in earthly form. The veil is said to be thin on this day, inviting us to pause, remember, and connect through gratitude and love.

Last weekend I took Sunday with my husband to see the leaves of the aspen trees changing in the mountains. This was, in truth, my first day away from work in weeks. It was such a load off my shoulders to not be in a state of planning, teaching, or marketing and it reminded me that I’ve let a lot of things fall to the wayside as I was frantically working. Sometimes I have blinders on when I work hard, to the detriment of my sense of balance, my beloved family and friends, and my own peace. I’m still learning and trying to get it right, just like you, I am seeking healthy balance in my life. Thanks for being there beside me.
