*** Teen Social Skills Group Loading ***

We’re accepting applications for an 8-week small therapy group for High School students ages 14-17 of any gender who experience one or more of the following: social anxiety, isolative tendencies, challenges making friends or maintaining relationships, and obsessiveness with technology in lieu socialization. Experienced facilitator Bethany Brazzell, LCSW will be guiding this group of 5-8 teens to improve their social skills through discussion, activities, and psychoeducation. New parents, expecting parents, and any staff member considering growing their family were invited. We met so many great people & loved sharing about our services. What an amazing district we have here! Kudos to the HR team for putting on a great event.

🎉 Please help us welcome the newest member of the Ampersand team, Emily Ough, LMSW! 🎉

Emily earned her Master’s in Social Work from Baylor University & her undergraduate degree from UT Austin. She specializes in working with teens & young adults, but sees adults of any age. Emily supports clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges through a collaborative and compassionate approach. She integrates cognitive behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and many other therapeutic modalities through a neurodiversity-affirming lens in order to create a safe and empowering space for growth. Emily is passionate about making therapy approachable by using warmth, humor, and honesty to foster connection. Outside of work, she enjoys playing video games, doing arts and crafts, and spending time with friends and family.
