The registration has gone live for our GALS/PIP Bi-annual community baby shower. Spots fill fast, so please scan the QR code to register or find the link in the comments below.

We also need the amazing outpouring of community donations we always have . Please note that we are now ONLY taking donations from pregnancy to age 2. Read through the list of items needed and reach out to us - donations@givingaustinlaborsupport.org.

Finally, we need as many volunteers as possible to make this event a success. We have 2 dates where we need individuals - Saturday evening, October 18th, and the day of the shower Sunday, October 19th.
Please note that we are able to issue a letter of completion for community service hours.

Eeeekkk!!! Tomorrow is the day! The bi-annual community baby shower from 1p-5p. Registration is closed as we have 300 families registered, but we can always still use more volunteers. If you want to represent your business or organization, this is a great place to do it & network.

I can't wait to see everyone tomorrow and make it a chaotic but beautiful day. Please reach out to if you still want to help volunteer.

We are still taking in tons of donations weekly until Saturday, May 10th, for our upcoming GALS/PIP Free Annual Community Baby Shower on Saturday, May 17th. We currently have 300 families registered for the event and even more on our watlist. If you have any items to donate, please don't hesitate to email my team & I at donations@givingaustinlaborsupport.org. We have donation drop sites available at 6 locations.

Every bit helps, and we definitely can't make this happen without community support. If you are also willing to sign up to volunteer to help the day of the shower, it's greatly appreciated. We need lots of volunteers to ensure the event runs smoothly, and we are able to issue proof of community service letters for ages 12+ with parents registered to volunteer as well.

Our upcoming Biannual GALS/PIP FREE Community Baby Shower registration is already completely sold out. With that in mind, we need all the volunteers and donations we can get to meet the demands of so many families in need. PLEASE sign up to volunteer, especially during our 1p- 7p timeframes to help families shop during the event and make clean up/ packing up as easy as possible.
If you know of anyone needing community service hours, we can provide the documentation once they complete their volunteer time.

If anyone has items they want to donate please contact the email address provided on our donations flyer to get a better idea of what you can drop off as well as set up a time/day that works best.

Remember, we as a community can't do this work without any of you continuously making it possible to be a village of support for these families. The link to volunteer is in the comments. Does anyone need any pre-made Enfamil neuro pro formula. We have 8 cases of 6 32Fl oz bottles that are set to expire 3/2025! We don't want them to go to waste. Please share with anyone you know who may need it.

Just another day in paradise! Today, we helped 2 families gather over $1k worth of items for their upcoming new bundles of joy. I'm so thankful to be a part of such a wonderful community. To look these individuals in the eye, shower them with warmth, comfort, and understanding and big hugs. To show there are still good people in the world who understand we thrive so much better with a village.

This is a real representation of what offers to families in need. We will continue to be the light even as the world seems dark.

We did it!!! The Fall community baby shower was a success. I personally want to say thank you to everyone who was involved with the planning, the setup, and the breakdown. We could not have done any of this alone, and im so thrilled our community showed up to help. It's always amazing to hear from the individuals who attend the events how thankful they are for all the organizations who have become apart of their villages and helped them thrive. I can't wait to get back to the planning to make the spring shower even bigger & better. #

Tomorrow's the day! We are so excited and can't wait to see everyone and to have the support of our community. If you haven't registered please do so immediately and if you can Volunteer we greatly need individuals for the 7a- 8:30a timeframe to help load the Uhaul and we need ALOT more volunteers for the 1p-4p time frame to help individuals shop & restock as items get diminished.

Today was absolutely a beautiful chaos! So many walked through door doors today at the MHEC baby shower and left with alot of items. All those donation runs come together for this day and it's always worth it in my mind. Now to relax, celebrate a huge win and prep & plan for the next event this fall.

Wow! I'm in awe of how amazing the setup went today. Our upcoming FREE MHEC baby shower is this Sunday,May 5th from 11a-3p. Our community continues to show up in a big way to support so many families and I can't wait to keep it going. We are all small pieces in a bigger picture... you decide what place you want to be.
