Good news to share. Patient asked to be anonymous and not to share any pictures but we definitely have to celebrate! She is a 46 yo female who lost 23.2 pounds, 17.24 inches and her blood pressure went down from 157/102 to 130/90 in 6 weeks. Woo-hoo!

Well looks like it's my turn to lose some quarantine weight. I have gained 9 lbs! That's more than my holiday weight gain. And I do not want to gain more before the holidays.
