itβs officially blocked. π± β Monday is fast approaching so hereβs 6 - kick butt ways to kick stress to the curb and recalibrate your mood heading into this week!
πΌ Balance your responsibilities (Translation : Stop saying yes to everything). Consider your true yes & true no.
π€ Connect only with respectful and emotionally intelligent people; no energy vampires allowed! π« Fangs & gangs are a no-go to preserve the integrity of your energy. Your aura is your biggest safety net. Keep it strong.
π§ Think positively. I know this is a hard one for a lot of us, especially with the current state of affairs. Fake it βtil you actually feel it might not cure your depressies but it will improve your perspective which directly impacts your charisma, magnetism, and the way you interact with others AND yourself.
π΄ Get some sleep. Like - real sleep. Not the βpassed out with Netflix still playingβ kind. Try lowering the lights, using blue light filters or glasses at least an hour before bed, and do something that winds you down, not draws you in.
π± κ±α΄Ι’Ι’α΄κ±α΄Ιͺα΄Ι΄ κ°Κα΄α΄ α΄ α΄α΄α΄α΄Κ α΄Κα΄Κα΄α΄Ιͺκ±α΄ : Find cozy in nostalgia; grab an audiobook of your favorite re-read or a story you are familiar with. Itβs the chicken soup of bedtime - warm, hearty, & makes your heart and whole body feel full.
β‘ Ditch the drama + cut the stress triggers. Protect your vibe. If you know something in particular drives you right off the edge, avoid it, limit your exposure, or go into it with a level head. Think of something happy like that dad joke your neighbor told you that you just cannot seem to get out of your head.
π₯ Eat something green that isnβt a gusher or mint. Kale, spinach, lettuce, cucumber, kiwi, arugula, bok choy, collard greens, pears, honey dew, cabbage, avocado, apples, green tomatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, peas, grapes, & add lime! ππ₯ π₯¬πβπ© π«ππ₯π₯π«
