I believe in the healing powers of massage therapy and bodywork because they have transformed my life, as well. Where I used to take a handful of meds for Fibromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, SI Joint Dysfunction and herniated discs, I now live a healthy lifestyle and utilize massage therapy instead. I combine a variety of modalities, such as: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Massage, Hot Stones, Cupping, Lymph Drainage, Acupressure, Thai, etc. to give my clients a customized session suited for their unique, individual needs. I perform an intense, thorough, relaxing and effective massage
