Beyond proud of our Master’s wellness client ✨

We lost over 40 lbs this prep and she couldn’t be happier! The goal this prep was to beat her last package and we definitely did that.
She was able to walk across the stage (with her little mean mug) and be proud of what she did!

Elizabeth’s dedication this prep was truly inspiring not only to me as a coach but also to the athletes around her. It wasn’t easy but she pulled through. Thank you for being on Team Niq and being apart of AWF 🫶🏾
