Let’s walk and talk it out. These are all held outside weather permitting and with the cooler temps you might find me at the lake.

This is great for clients that do well with movement, can have a conversation while walking and want to get in the vitamin D before the sun sets. I have limited openings and might bring snacks for you ❤️
