The Secure Care Training program was a laudable achievement that should be shared. We gained a glimpse into the realities of dementia and acquired a comprehensive understanding of the condition. It was an exceedingly valuable and enlightening experience.

Kay Shout,

Ms Shout, is a former teacher. Her job is assessed students’ abilities and needs an advocate for appropriate accommodations and prepare children to thrive. Ms Shout was that one special teacher that influenced others. Her heart lies in helping others.

This week, with the residents’ unanimous vote, Ms. Shout was voted to be next Resident Council President. Ms. Shout is looking forward looking forward to work alongside with all the residents of Five Points Of Pflugerville with a motto ‘helping each other’.
