Man, I couldn’t be prouder of my kids for competing at Nationals today! What a day!
Jianna brought home the gold in her division 🥇, and Roman just 6 years old placed 15th in the 8U division! He didn’t do as well as he hoped, but it’s all part of the journey. He gained experience and will come back even stronger. 💪🏽🔥
So damn proud of both of them. Their hard work, heart, and grit showed up on the big stage.

Couldn’t be more proud of my baby girl!
From volleyball to basketball, softball, and track & field she’s been grinding all summer long. And now… she’s a National Champion in the shot put! 💪🏽🔥

She continues to amaze us with her hard work, dedication, and desire to be the best. Today, she proved it to herself and showed us what she’s made of.

The last two days were amazing helping out at Nora Monie’s throwing camp. It really brought me back to where it all started, coaching at Larry Howell’s camp and rediscovering that same passion and love for the sport. I had so much fun these last two days. Thank you, Nora, for finally making it happen. You’re a true Valley legend! There’s so much talent here in the Valley, and the grind these young athletes show, working their butts off, is something special.

We’re excited to share that Jianna and Roman will be competing in shot put at the 2025 AAU Junior Olympic Games in Humble, TX!

As a family, we believe that hard work and gratitude go hand-in-hand. We are teaching our kids that participating in sports is a privilege, not a guarantee — and that it’s important to earn the opportunities they are given.

That’s why Jianna and Roman will be hands-on in helping to prepare the items for this fundraiser. Your support not only helps cover the costs for this event, but also teaches them valuable lessons in responsibility, effort, and appreciation.

Proud of this group of boys! We wrapped up the season undefeated 🥇🏈
We’re missing a few in this photo, but every single player has shown incredible growth in such a short time.

It’s an honor to not only coach these boys but also to challenge them to push past their limits. “You have to be uncomfortable to grow.”

Winning is great—but it’s not just about the scoreboard. It’s about building a solid foundation in fundamentals and instilling a true love for the game.
