At Boys & Girls Club of Pharr–San Juan, we know that mental health conversations matter. Every Tuesday, we’ll be highlighting important topics, resources, and stories that remind us it’s okay to talk about how we feel — and to reach out for help when we need it.

This week, we’re shining a light on our Behavioral Health & Social Support Services (BHSS) — a department dedicated to helping youth and families strengthen their emotional well-being and build resilience.

What BHSS offers:
• Individual and family counseling
• Support groups and wellness activities
• Prevention programs focused on emotional health, s substance use, and life skills
• Referrals to community resources and crisis support
• Parent workshops

Our team of professionals and interns are here to help youth and families navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive environment — right here at the Club.
