💛Sensory strategies are simple tools and activities that help children handle what they see, hear and feel, so they can stay focused, feel calm, and manage their emotions more easily.
💙Examples are:
1. Slow rocking or swinging for calming.
2.Breathing exercises(blowing bubbles, “smell the flowers, blow the candles”)
3.Using fidget toys during seated tasks.
4.Listening to calming music or reducing background noise.

We had an amazing time celebrating Easter with our patients in the clinic! 🐣💐 From our Easter egg decorating station to a fun trail mix bar and even a mini egg hunt, the day was filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of festive fun.

These activities weren’t just fun—they also supported important therapy goals! From improving fine motor skills during egg decorating, to encouraging sensory exploration at the trail mix bar, and promoting mobility, coordination, and social interaction during the egg hunt, every moment was designed with purpose.

We love creating meaningful experiences that help our patients grow while making therapy enjoyable. So grateful to share these special moments together! 💛
