Reach your 2024 healthy eating goals with WIC's help. WIC families can buy fresh, canned, and frozen fruits and vegetables with their Fruits and Vegetables Benefit. Add organic options or dried fruits to your shopping cart, too.

The monthly dollar amounts are:
- $26 for children ages 1 to 5
- $47 for pregnant and postpartum individuals
- $52 for breastfeeding individuals
- $78 for individuals breastfeeding more than one infant
