This sign represents a lot of heart, growth, and intention.

Mind Your Wellness is now visible from Main Street in Phelps 💚

Hanging this sign was one of those moments that made me pause and smile, a reminder of why I do this work.

It’s more than a sign. It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and nurture your sleep, nutrition, relaxation, and movement.

I’m so grateful to be part of this community and to support people in creating lives that feel supportive, not overwhelming.

Wellness Without The Whiplash

Because wellness shouldn’t feel like extremes, guilt, or starting over every Monday, especially during the holidays.

No rules.
No all-or-nothing.
No “I’ll fix it in January.”

Just a gentler, more sustainable way to support your health, even when life is busy.

But strength doesn’t always look like powering on.

Sometimes, living in your strength means slowing down, setting boundaries, and listening to what you truly need.
-Strength can be choosing rest on a cold day.
