🫖 Tuesday Tea Time ☕️

One of the things I love most about Yogi Tea is the treasures of wisdom attached to each tea bag, those gentle nudges from the universe that always seem to show up when I need them most. ✨

Today’s message: Your breath is the voice of your soul.

This one really landed for me. 🌿

Our breath is such a beautiful guide, it tells the truth even when our minds try to push through.

When your breath feels tight or constricted, it may be your soul whispering that something within you is asking to be seen or released.

When it’s short and quick, it’s often your gentle reminder to slow down, to pause, to come back home to yourself.

Deep, steady breaths invite peace, presence, and connection. They remind us that our bodies and our souls are always in conversation, if only we take the time to listen. 💛

One of the things I love about Yogi Tea is the treasures of wisdom attached to each bag, gentle nudges from the universe that remind me of what really matters. 🌿✨

Today’s message: Nature teaches us harmony.

This couldn’t be more true. When I spend time outdoors, whether it’s a hike, a bike ride, or simply sitting under a tree, I’m reminded how everything in nature works together in balance.

🌱 The trees don’t rush, the flowers don’t compare, and the seasons flow in their own rhythm.

One of the reasons I love Yogi Tea so much is for the little treasures attached to each tea bag. They are gentle nudges from the universe that always seem to arrive right on time. ✨

Today’s message:
“Let your energy be used to build, not destroy.”

This one really resonates. Every day, we get to choose where our energy goes. We can spend it on stress, comparison, and self-criticism… or we can use it to create, to nurture, to grow. 🌱

I’ve found that when I shift my focus from tearing myself down to building myself up, whether through movement, rest, or even just a moment of mindful breathing, I feel more grounded and empowered. And the ripple effect of that energy touches everything around me.

💛 This is at the heart of my coaching work: helping my clients redirect their energy into building sustainable habits, confidence, and balance so they feel more like themselves again.
