With a passion for helping people overcome inconsistency and improve muscle imbalances, he's here to bring fresh energy and support to your fitness routines.

"Exercise goes way beyond muscle size and looking a certain way. So many people are unaware of posture and muscular imbalances that are affecting their daily life. Being able to correct those can help improve the way we move both in and outside the gym!
