Supplements are popular right now for a reason — nutrient gaps do impact energy, hormones, and metabolism.

But they’re not meant to replace real food.

Your body uses vitamins and minerals best when they come packaged with fiber, enzymes, and antioxidants… the stuff you only get from whole foods.

Supplements can help, but they work better when you’ve already built a solid foundation with nutrient-dense meals.

Start with food first.
Add supplements based on actual needs — not trends.

The foods that grow are your best source of nutrients. Pair fruits & veggies with a protein source and add a little bit of nuts, seeds, avocado or olive oil for a symphony of nutrients that will keep you full and energized at every meal (and save this post for reference!)
