We are now scheduling appointments for blood work, physicals and consultation for the Lipo Shots, Mic Injections, Adipex, and B-12. We can now accept Medicaid, BCBS, UHC, Atena and more for your blood work, physical and any allergy tests to determine if you can take any of our weight loss supplements or shots. If you have insurance, your initial visit will consist of your physical, blood work and consultation. To join our weight loss program it’s only $150, it comes with a complete weight loss plan.
