Uplevel your down dog this week! Do you struggle with feeling good in your down dog? I could be your arm rotation, tight calves or hamstrings, a rounded lower back. Do your heels need to touch the ground? Do your legs need to be straight? We will explore possibilities on the mat! We will look at arm and shoulder position and stability, the spine, the legs, and more! With proper alignment, down dog can sometimes be a resting pose :)
