She really didn’t want her pictures taken cause she was sick and not feeling well but we couldn’t not recognize Jenn on 1 yr clean! It’s such a huge accomplishment 👏👏

Yesterday after almost a year with us Stacey graduated and moved into independent housing! That’s the main goal of Danny’s house is for these women to grow into strong, confident, independent women and we know she will do amazing. Congrats Stacey 👏

The staff and ladies here at Danny House would like to take a minute a give a special shout out to our neighbors from West Mt. Airy Neighbors (WMAN) for all the donations we received from our Amazon wishlist as well as the Christmas gifts. Since we opened in 2019 one our biggest goals was to be a good neighbor and a positive part of the community!! All the support shows that we are doing that.

Today was a bittersweet day as our Co-Director, Case Manager, Recovery Coach (and many other hats) Rachel went off to another job. Rachel has been a huge part of making Danny’s House what it is today and even though her physical presence will not be around as much she has left her mark on Danny’s house and the lives she has touched since 2019. Although we are sad to see her go we wish her the best and are excited to see where this new path takes her.

This morning we got to put all the donated gifts for our residents under the tree for them 🎄💝 they were so grateful and can’t wait to open them tomorrow!! We received so many gifts for them! Happy holidays 🤶
