Today, Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center alongside our partners with S.P.I.N. Colleen Horcher & Nicole Burns, we were able to provide an informative luncheon about what services each company offers and how we partner together for a seamless transition from home, to hospital, to SNF and back home.

Thank you to the team at Jefferson Health - Northeast for having us! We look forward to the continued partnership with you all.
