Here at Logan Square Rehab, our Admissions Nurse and Director of Nursing have created a culture rooted in compassion, collaboration, and excellence, fostering a supportive and caring environment for both residents and staff.

Tabrine, our Admissions Nurse, has been with Logan Square Rehab for a year and a half and has made a meaningful impact on both the facility and the patients we serve. Her dedication, professionalism, and compassion have not gone unnoticed, and she is truly recognized for the positive difference she makes every day.
