Who says you can’t build muscle while losing fat 🤷🏻♀️
It’s been 8️⃣ months of doing just that for this gal! Listen to what she has to say about her journey so far!
1️⃣What inspired you to get started with your journey?
-wanting to be healthy for my daughter is ultimately what drove me to start my journey and commit to getting healthy once and for all.
2️⃣What were some early challenges you had to overcome?
-In the beginning, sugar cravings can be challenging. After a month or two they’re few and far between.
3️⃣What was the biggest lesson you learned along the way?
-Be patient. It will take time. Don’t let your mind tell you otherwise. Pay attention to your measurements and your pictures more than the number on the scale.
4️⃣What advice would you give to someone who is just getting started or thinking about joining Team Fit by Frannie B?
-I’d say listen to Coach Fran and forget everything you thought about nutrition and losing weight before. Our ideas didn’t work. It’s time to try something different. Do what she says and you’ll be happy with the results.
