A HEALTHY, NO-SUGAR, DELICIOIUS CHOCOLATE SAUCE - OH YES!
My new favorite chocolate go-to. This sauce has no sugar or dairy and is SO YUM! We just enjoyed it for a birthday event with raspberries, banana slices, blueberries, and strawberries. It's a perfect chocolate dipping sauce or can be used as a drizzle too.
Here's the recipe:
2 1/2 c of Organic Almond Milk (or other milk substitute)
2/3 c of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 c of Pitted Dates (use soft ones or soften in a bit of hot water)
6 oz of Dark Chocolate (Lilly's or other Stevia sweetened it good)
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
Process all but the Dark Chocolate in a blender till very smooth. Add to a saucepan along with the Dark Chocolate and heat until chocolate is melted. That's it!
Healthy and chocked full of antioxidants. Perfect for Valentine's Day or any day :)
