New Class Alert: Functionally Fit with FE | Thursdays @ 12pm
This class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build resilience that actually translates into your daily life (and your yoga practice). Each class follows a thoughtful, full-body progression: we begin with an active stretch warmup to open the body and prepare your joints, move into a functional strength sequence focused on stability, control, and coordination, layer in targeted core work, and finish with a grounding cooldown stretch.
Expect smart, intentional movement—not mindless reps. You’ll build strength in a way that supports how your body is meant to move, improving balance, mobility, and overall durability.
All levels welcome. Come ready to work, explore, and leave feeling strong in all the right ways.
