Yoga is a practice of drawing from the peripheral aspects of your life to the very essence of it — to love your life and flourish in it.
This maps on the body by learning to engage from the periphery — the hands and feet — to the core-root of the pose, the midline, the source of strength in every pose. Your midline will give you access to all of the arm-balances. Learn how to approach arm-balances in steps and logical progressions that take the fear-factor out of the equation. There will be a strong focus on alignment, safety and clear landmarks to know when you are ready to take flight.
This workshop is for all-levels and will provide variations for everyone, no matter where you are at in your arm-balance journey. You will also learn tips that you can take with you for years to come — all while having a lot of fun along the way!
