“You can’t let go of what you haven’t first let be.”
It’s helped me stop rushing to “move on” and start tuning in to what emotions are really saying. That shift changed how I show up—for my people, myself, and how I lead in the studio. More presence, less autopilot, and more meaning behind every word.
💫What’s your post-yoga routine?
Cold morning swim. Clears the noise, jolts the system, and preps me for the heat extremes ahead.
💫What’s your favorite self-care ritual at the moment?
Morning swims + homemade ginger lemon ice pops with honey + salt.
It started when I kept craving ice pops post flow, realizing they were missing a certain something, we started making our own, full of everything we need to reset.
💫What drew you to teaching yoga?
Because when breath, beat, and bodies sync—something magic happens.
Yoga has also been my anchor through a career shift, motherhood, and all the messy-beautiful middles. Teaching is how I share that steadiness and make coming back to the mat feel like an easy, fun choice every time.
