Your body doesn’t lie. If you’re dealing with pain, frustration, or workouts that just aren’t clicking, it’s usually because something deeper is off (compensation patterns, weak links, or movement habits that don’t serve you.)

1. Temple Glide: Place your knuckles just above your cheekbone and firmly glide upward toward your temple along the Temporalis muscle, repeat this three times.

2. Jaw Release: With your mouth slightly open, press your knuckles firmly into the groove beneath your cheekbone (the masseter muscle) and glide downward toward your jawline. When you hit a tight spot, gently open and close your jaw to release tension.

3. Ear Lymph Drainage: Using light pressure, make slow gentle circles around your ear for 30–60 seconds to stimulate lymph flow, ease jaw tension, and relieve sinus pressure.
