30 trips around the sun, can you believe it!?! 🌞

If I’m being fully honest, I have felt a lot of resistance towards my age because I have often been the youngest one in the room. I grew up surrounded by people a lot older than me, so it’s always been natural to surround myself with people who are older (and as a result, 99% of my clients are older than me). I have cringed in the past when I would have to tell people how young I am, and often hide my age from my clients, for fear of judgment and being seen as having a lack of life experience. That’s 100% an old outdated program and story that I have, and stepping into this 30th birthday portal, it feels SO good to let that go 👏🙏 We all know that age is just a human construct, and I love being the living embodiment of truly being an Old Soul!

And yet, life is a paradox, and I have been struggling with fully saying good bye and letting go of my twenties because it was such a powerful decade of self exploration and growth for me 😥 However, as I write this, it feels GOOD to step into this new decade with excitement and joy for the future. I keep telling myself, the best decade is yet to come! The energy is still integrating as I write this, and I am still feeling into what being 30 means to me 💛⚡ Don’t worry, I’m sure there will be a future podcast episode exclusively on this topic 😉

I do feel SO surrounded by love and gratitude for all of the friends and family members who celebrated with me in person, and for everyone here who celebrated me virtually! 💗 I can’t thank you enough for all of the love. I just went through my Saturn return in my 11th house of friendship, and I am having such a full circle moment of feeling so included and loved and part of a community that my soul has truly been longing for for lifetimes.
