Yin yoga is a slow practice where we hold each posture for 5-7 minutes creating opportunity for slow, deep stretching, stillness, and reflection. I hope you’ll join.

The Somatic Yoga Collective theme for this month is arrival and safety. Our affirmation this week is “Safety is not something I must find all at once; it can meet me quietly moment by moment.” I encourage you to be present in each moment to notice any small inkling of safety and fully embody it. Too often, we unconsciously hold onto tension in our bodies, bracing for something that is not coming or happening in that moment.
