Dealing with a narcissist can be tough—they often exhibit manipulative, self-centered behavior. Here are some tips to navigate interactions with them:

Set Boundaries: Establish clear limits for yourself and stick to them. Whether it’s limiting time spent together or steering clear of certain topics, boundaries are key.

Don’t Engage in Arguments: Narcissists feed off conflict and attention. Avoid getting sucked into arguments or power struggles—it only fuels the fire.

Stay Calm and Assertive: Keep your cool and assert yourself calmly when needed. Narcissists may try to push your buttons, but staying composed is your best defense.

Focus on Yourself: Instead of trying to change the narcissist, prioritize your own well-being. Surround yourself with supportive people and activities that lift you up.

Practice Empathy, but Don’t Enable: Seek to understand the narcissist’s perspective, but don’t excuse or enable their behavior. Hold them accountable while staying compassionate.

Navigating relationships with narcissists isn’t easy, but with patience and self-care, you can maintain your sanity and protect your peace of mind.
