Colombia has my heart ❤️🇨🇴

The land… the people… the culture…
there is a richness here that you don’t just see, you feel.

Living here has changed me.
It’s softened me, opened me, and brought me closer to the rhythm of life…
to music, to movement, to community, to Spirit.

Spaces like this, bullerengue circles, shared songs, embodied expression,
remind me how much wisdom lives in culture…
how much healing lives in connection.

I’m so grateful I had the courage to choose a different path…
to live a life that feels aligned, alive, and rooted in something real.

So this isn’t about doing more… it’s about clearing what’s been weighing you down.

I Am My Sister’s Keeper.

We are living through a profound shift in consciousness.

You can feel it.

The vibration of this planet is calling for alignment.

For the restoration of harmony between the masculine and feminine within each of us.

For generations, distorted expressions of the masculine, domination, fear, control, extraction, have shaped our systems and values.

Now something deeper is rising.

The Divine Feminine is being remembered.

It’s about men and women reclaiming their rightful places as protectors and nurturers of life, honoring our distinct gifts while working in sacred partnership to steward this Earth for future generations.
