A new chapter begins.

I just published my first post on Substack. A heartfelt welcome and the beginning of a 13-month journey I’ll be documenting as I travel to Nashira Ecoaldea in Colombia and beyond.

Over the next year, I’ll be sharing the process of building ecovillages, community hubs, and movements rooted in healing, connection, decolonization, and self-actualization.

This space is a living journal, an unfolding story of re-villaging the Earth and remembering how to live in love and reciprocity.

I first just want to thank everyone who has supported my work, those who’ve purchased my Love & Liberation Manifesto, shared my videos, donated, or simply sent love.
It means so much. You’re helping me continue the mission to awaken hearts, build community, and create a new way of living rooted in truth, love, and liberation.

Now, I want to address a comment I received, that charging money isn’t love.

I get where that comes from. We’ve been conditioned to see money and love as opposites. But that’s part of the programming of capitalism itself, a system designed to extract the most value from people, from the Earth, from labor, without honoring the energy, time, or soul that goes into creation.

Capitalism taught us to take, to consume, and to expect everything instantly, while disconnecting us from the sacred balance of giving and receiving.

But love is not about extraction. Love is reciprocity.
When I charge $11 for my Manifesto, it’s not because love has a price tag, it’s because I’m rebuilding a new economy based on energy exchange, mutual respect, and sustainability.

Every time someone invests in my work, they’re not “buying” love, they’re curculating love.
They’re saying: I value your offering. I believe in your vision.
And that circulation allows me to keep serving, creating, and giving more.

So thank you to everyone who understands the sacredness of exchange because this is how we build the New Earth together: through conscious energy flow, not extraction.

Love is liberation and liberation requires responsibility, balance, and integrity in how we give and receive.

One of the most important roles on Earth right now…
is birthing, guarding, and guiding the souls who are coming through ,
the ones who came to shift reality as we know it. 🌍✨

These children are awake, wise, and deeply connected.
But they need us , their parents — to rise too.
To seek truth. To decondition.
To stop repeating the illusions we were taught.

Because we can’t guide them into the New Earth
while living in the old one.
Our alignment is their foundation. 💛

We’ve been taught to believe in scarcity, that there’s not enough, that healing must be bought, that nature’s medicine is rare.
But step outside, and the truth reveals itself. 🍃

This is soursop (guanábana) — rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, anti-inflammatory and cancer-fighting properties. Its leaves, fruit, and seeds are medicine. And it’s just one of the countless gifts nature gives us freely.

Capitalism manufactures scarcity, but the Earth keeps offering abundance.
We just have to remember how to listen, harvest with care, and give back. 🌎💚

This whole day, I poured into me.
I went to yoga, got a massage, swam in the ocean, and treated myself to the most delicious food.
And you know what? It made me a better mother. A softer woman. More relaxed, more in my feminine flow.

We’ve been taught that being “selfish” is bad , especially as women and mothers. But if you don’t pour into yourself, who will? You can’t give from an empty cup.

The archetype of the self-sacrificing woman only serves systems that thrive on our exhaustion.
I’m done with that.
I’m choosing rest, pleasure, and reciprocity.
I’m choosing to fill my own cup and let the overflow nourish my children, my community, and the world.

It’s disheartening — not because of the amount, but because every purchase directly supports my work, my family, and the healing mission I’m here to share. 💔
