Chronic Migraine Warriors We are trying to improve the lives of people impacted by migraine and other headache disorders. Team Migraine Crushers started in 2021 by Doug Kane.

Doug is a patient at Jefferson Headache Center in Philadelphia PA. He suffers from intractable migraine without aura and with status migrainosus & New daily persistent headache. In the beginning of 2022, Doug met Natalie Bowers who is also a patient at Jefferson Headache Center learning that her symptoms were similar to Doug's. From there they made a facebook group called Chronic Migraine Warriors to try and find other people who have chronic migraine. The group has over 2,500 members now.. Migraine Crushers is trying to improve the lives of people impacted by migraine and other headache disorders by raising awareness, starting conversations when people say that its "an invisible illness" and raising funds for Jefferson Headache Center. For the Philadelphia 2022 walk, our team has grown to 19 people and we are so excited to have expanded so much in one year.

📣Our 11th annual Philadelphia Walk/Run/Relax Event is back on October 1st!! 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 to hear from guest speakers, take part in Map the Migraine and participate in a 2 mile walk, 5K run, or relax in our festival area.
