Anxiety is creeping up on me reminding me of all the things I still have to do before Christmas BUT I’ve been able to curb that with help from 😌 I love their dragonfruit taffy because 1) it tastes great and 2) it helps me relax! A couple weeks ago I was studying for my NY State Insurance Exams and I really needed to FOCUS ! It's a Thursday night in October, which means football is on! What’s a football game without a classic football game snack? Try this healthy take on a football classic! Buffalo Chicken dip! 🏈

Recipe:
Cook squash at 350 for 30-45 minutes
Shred squash
Add everything to bowl
Mix then bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until cheese on top is a nice golden brown.

Ingredients:
2 cans chicken breast
4 cups cooked spaghetti squash
1 cup (choice) hot sauce
½ cup fat-free or greek yogurt
Ranch/Blue cheese as desired
1 cup (choice) cheese

TB to a little weekend routine😌 Sunday nights look like skincare and relaxing before the new week starts.
