The menstrual cycle is often referred to as a burden rather than what it really is - POWERFUL af and such a gift
When we honor each phase instead of forcing ourselves to live the same way all month long,
we can actually be more productive, healthy, and successful- with greater ease and way less effort!
Not only does the menstrual cycle allow us to CREATE LIFE, release toxins, and receive feedback on our bodies…
It provides us with superpowers during each phase:
🌱FOLLICULAR (inner spring) is ideal for beginnings, creativity, fresh / raw food, intense movement
💚Superpower = drive, energy, and brain power
🦋OVULATORY (inner summer) is best for communication and connection, fresh / raw food, high-intensity exercise
💙Superpower = confidence, magnetism, verbal skills, and leadership
🔮LUTEAL (inner fall) is a time for power - starting out productive before shifting to a time for rest. It’s best for executing, focus, bringing things to completion, slow burning carbs & cooked foods, strength & gentle workouts
💜Superpower = discernment + ability to recognize the truth
🧘♀️MENSTRUAL (inner winter) is all about restoration & intuition, cooked & warming foods, rest & gentle movement
🩷Superpower = access to both right and left brain, deep intuition, + clarity on how to move forward
