New research presented at the Society for Nutrition shows the MIND diet – rich in leafy greens, olive oil, whole grains, and berries – is linked to better brain health in older adults.
It’s never too late to nourish your brain!

Following the diet, which is heavy on leafy green vegetables and berries, is associated with a strong and consistent reduction in cognitive decline.
