Celebrating success! Over the past year, our first Direct Support Professional and Frontline Supervisor cohorts from our Community Living Arrangement and Behavioral Health/Intellectual Disability residential programs completed National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Certification—with a 100% graduation rate! Through months-long curricula including Ethics, Crisis Prevention and Intervention, Safety, Person-Centered Practices, and Health and Wellness, this certification acknowledges “exemplary work in supporting people with disabilities.” We applaud our staff’s dedication, persistence, and success throughout this rigorous training, and know that their knowledge will allow them to work with the individuals we serve and mentor upcoming staff with renewed skills and expertise. We are proud of our NADSP graduates and look forward to continuing to certify our DSP staff as we fulfill our mission to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life!
