Favre–Racouchot disease is characterized by clusters of open and closed comedones that may be interpreted as blackheads or whiteheads. Cardiomyopathy is a rare and underrecognized adverse effect of long-term use of the antirheumatic drug hydroxychloroquine. A new case series details 13 patients with endomyocardial biopsy–proven hydroxychloroquine cardiomyopathy. To the author's knowledge, this is the largest case series showing incidence of hydroxychloroquine cardiomyopathy and warrants further research to better understand the prevalence and reversibility of this disease with early intervention. https://bit.ly/4eUO9R3

Read for free now: A new case report describes a case of nocturnal enuresis (NE), or bed-wetting, as a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). After a home sleep study diagnosed OSA, continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment immediately resolved the patient's NE.
