Very excited to be running my most popular group again starting in October!

'Black Beyond' is an 8-week virtual therapy group for Black folks of nonbinary, genderqueer, and genderfluid experience to grow and find solidarity in the Black gender expansive experience. This group encompasses shared reading from Black gender expansive authors, journaling prompts and reflections, and group discussions aimed at supporting clients in:

- gaining a deeper personal connection to Black nonbinary, genderqueer, and genderfluid identity
- unpacking colonized notions about what it means to be Black and gender expansive
- fostering community with other gender expansive Black folks
- nurturing their unique gender identity
- exploring boundaries and processing anxieties around inviting folks into their truth

$360 for the full 8-week cycle. Philadelphia County Medicaid accepted.

$330 if paid in full by September 15th!

Open to PA, NJ, MD, DE, and FL residents. The group cohort is limited to 8 participants. Appropriate prospective participants complete 15-minute consultation to ensure that the group is a good fit.

Join our 6-week virtual stress management group for adults! 🌺

This group is a unique blend of psychoeducation and processing, where participants will gain knowledge and understanding about stress and stress management and have the opportunity to share and process their personal experiences with stress. The group will focus on stress management and coping skills for individuals going through major or minor life changes.

Participants in the group will:
✔️ learn about stress and how it impacts us mentally and physically
✔️ learn how to identify and challenge negative self-talk related to stress
✔️ process personal experiences of stress
✔️ learn holistic ways to manage stress and cope with stressful or triggering situations, including relaxation and mindfulness techniques
✔️ learn how to track their stress levels using a stress journal

Session Dates: July 1st, July 8th, July 15th, July 22nd, July 29th, August 5th
Location: HIPAA-compliant Zoom
Time: Mondays from 11:30am-12:30pm Eastern Time
Facilitator: Caroline Johnson, B.S. Psychology, Masters Intern
Cost: $90 for the full 6 weeks ($15/session)

This group is open to adult (18+) residents PA, NJ, and MD. Space is limited. Register by June 28th!
