Maine edition: we died and went to heaven at — where the freshest ingredients combined to make a unique blend of flavors and savors. The tomato tartar with the burrata sorbet (yes, burrata SORBET) was a standout surprise. The steak was tender as butter and Todd’s fish was the chef’s 😚. The evening ended perfectly with lemon soufflé and petit fours. A must for any date night.

Bucks County Biscotti Co. is one of the most delightful local finds. Started at the Doylestown, PA farmers market in 1992, their twice baked Italian cookies quickly gained notoriety. Now managed and led by son Riley, the family tradition carries on. A wholesale bakery, you may be lucky enough to live near one of their honor stands in Perkasie, PA or Queenbury, NY — as we do!
