Aisha Neal, Be Well at MPAC Program Director, recently spoke with the Pennsylvania Cable Network's Larry Kaspar. During the discussion, Aisha provided an overview of the collaborative partnership between Be Well and MPAC, and how coming together has helped the patients being served. About the program:
Known as Be Well at MPAC, the program is the first of its kind in the nation, and represents a groundbreaking approach to integrating behavioral and physical health care for older adults living with severe mental illness issues. The program has proven to be effective in creating pathways for the nursing facility’s residents to find the mental health care and support they need to continue living healthy and active lives.
