Gay Landstrom, Trinity Health’s SVP and Chief Nursing Officer, visited the center to celebrate the milestone, meet the team, and recognize our outstanding commitment to quality care. “Their commitment to the community and to each individual shines through,” Gay shared. We’re proud to continue to set the standard in PACE care.

Congratulations to our Lead Nurse Practitioner (NP) Louisa Miceli! Louisa was recognized through our parent organization Trinity Health PACE as an Ace of PACE. The nomination highlighted Louisa’s outstanding dedication to both participant care and nursing professional development, stating that she is a remarkable NP who consistently goes above and beyond to uplift those around her. Louisa is also a natural educator, regularly providing education and guidance to nursing staff.

We are celebrating National Health Center Week starting today! Mercy LIFE West Philadelphia is part of Trinity Health PACE, one of the largest PACE providers in the country, with 25 PACE centers in 12 states, serving over 3,000 seniors. The day centers at each site are the heart of our care model with services including primary care, rehabilitative therapies, nutrition counseling, and more, all under one roof.
