Hello there ladies! I wanted to share the Best breakfast to have in the morning during the weight loss process.. why?

Pasture raised eggs are filled with protein, choline, healthy fats and nutrients, chopped fresh spinach is filled with lots of phytonutrients and minerals, sweet potato is a complex carbohydrates to help get your motors running, avocado is a healthy fat that helps to combat unhealthy fat in the body.

This perfect combination of proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates along with nutrients can help your body to shred unhealthy body fat!

The reason I always suggest pastured raised eggs; it’s because cage free or free roaming eggs are fed vegetarian feed.. consisting of manipulated (GMO) grains such as soy and corn. Because these animals are fed these horrible types of grains we react to them as they do cause body inflammation and now I’ve been linked to type two diabetes, heart disease, and obesity. 😱
