As couples, it’s easy to focus on individual goals and assume the relationship will “fall into place.” But healthy relationships don’t grow by accident — they grow through shared vision, honest conversations, and intentional effort.

• What do we want to protect in our relationship this year?

As we step into a new season, it’s easy to feel pressure to reinvent yourself. But sustainable goals aren’t about becoming someone new — they’re about getting clearer, more honest, and more intentional with who you already are.

Before you chase productivity or perfection, pause and ask yourself:
• What do I actually want — not what’s expected of me?

Last week I had the pleasure of participating in the JAG PA Youth Leadership Development Conference as a Career Panelist

This was such a a beautiful reminder that our stories matter. Especially as we share them with young people who are still charting their life’s course.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to speak, listen, and encourage. I’m thankful for the young people I was able to connect with and the inspiration from the other AMAZING panelist.

Sometimes we are missing peace because we are looking in the wrong place. We think that we’ll find peace if we solve all our problems, eliminate our issues, or even fix ourselves. But the reality is that there will always be another issue, another stressor, another mishap. Peace isn’t dependent on our circumstances, its dependence on who we depend on no matter the circumstance.
