did us so dirty on my first Father’s day on Sunday🤬 Drove an hour and a half to get there for a 6:30 appt. Took 20 minutes to find parking 3 blocks away. Paid $20 to park. Arrived early.Boy was I excited ; we took photos and everything. After waiting past our scheduled time and watching everyone else go in the booths at their scheduled times. One of the staff said they were giving other people in our group who were late already a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes they never arrived. By this time we were there for 30 minutes. Keep in mind the sessions are only 30 minutes for $100 each. That’s $200! That same staff member came and told us we have to wait 45 more minutes. Mind you my wife is pregnant and really put a lot of effort into this experience for my first father’s day. We had been out for hours already and my wife was getting exhausted and so was I. We chose to leave as we live far. As a business owner this was the worst experience a new business could offer its customers. I’m so tired of these companies providing 💩 service for big bucks with no reasonable reconciliation.
