Packed meals for the day;
Breakfast = Greek Yogurt + Stewed Apples + Chopped Nuts / "Diversity Jar" blend + Sprinkle of oats
Lunch = Spinach Artichoke Quiche (purchased pre-made) + Yellow Turmeric Cabbage + Chicken Sausage
