Today’s move: Glute Bridges

A strong core helps support your spine — especially for moms who are constantly lifting, carrying, and bending.

How to do a Glute Bridge:

1️⃣ Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
2️⃣ Keep your arms relaxed at your sides.
3️⃣ Tighten your core and squeeze your glutes.
4️⃣ Lift your hips slowly toward the ceiling.
5️⃣ Hold for 2–3 seconds at the top.
6️⃣ Lower your hips slowly back down.

Try 10–12 reps for 2–3 sets.
