Happy Spring Friends! Let's talk shades ... just a bit? You just might be thinking about updating as the wonderful sun starts to shine and warm us up a bit more each day ... ahhh.
I wanted to share 5 kind of important facts for your consideration to keep in your back pocket for a sunny day.
1) Darker lenses don't always equate to best protection. Try on sunglasses, look at a bright light source. Are you squinting? Keep looking.
2) On cloudy days, you still need UV protection.
3) Think about what kind of sunglasses suit you before you buy. Are you going for a fashion or athletic style? Maybe both? Think about it.
4) A frame may look terrific on a model in a magazine, but on you ... maybe not so much. Take the time to match your face shape to the frame. Ask for the optical person's opinion. They are experienced with this.
5) Quality sunglasses cost a bit more. If you can afford it, spend a bit more for quality lenses (UV protection, polarized)in a comfortable frame that compliments you. It's worth it.
